What is Sports Therapy?

Sports Therapy is a recognised profession within healthcare and the sports medicine industry to assess, treat and prevent sports and occupational injuries. Graduate Sports Therapists have a specific sporting injury knowledge in the treatment and prevention of sports injuries. At Active Life the treatment process does not stop at getting you back to your functional activities. We go the extra mile with your rehabilitation, specifically designing the programme to your sporting specific needs with the specialised exercises required for your sport or activities.

The treatment that you will receive from Active Life is a 'hands on' approach both to find the root of the problem as well as offering essential advice and exercises needed to improve your recovery as quickly as possible.

Sports Therapists are often active people themselves, therefore they understand how important it is to you to get back to the fitness you desire so you can return to your own active life!
